1. Service Scope & Age Restrictions

Her Secret Fantasy provides private, high-end somatic wellness and body massage therapy designed exclusively for adult female clients. By accessing this platform or scheduling a service, you explicitly affirm that:

• You are a female individual aged 18 years or older.
• All personal and contact information provided during booking inquiry is authentic and verifiable.
• You are booking for personal wellness and self-care purposes only.

2. Professional Boundaries & Conduct

We maintain strict ethical, personal, and professional boundaries during all home and hotel visits. Consensual interaction and mutual respect are non-negotiable. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Non-consensual physical contact, verbal abuse, or harassment toward therapists.
• Attempts to take photographs, audio recordings, or video recordings during a session.
• Involvement of third parties or unauthorized individuals in the designated room without prior arrangement.

Therapists reserve the right to terminate any session immediately without refund if personal boundaries or safety protocols are violated.

3. Client Privacy & Discretion

Client anonymity and confidentiality are strictly protected under our operational protocols:

• No client personal data, location details, or contact information is shared or sold to third parties.
• Communication channels (WhatsApp/Telegram) are kept encrypted and private.
• Therapists arrive in neutral civilian attire without external branding to protect client privacy in residential buildings or luxury hotels.

4. Booking, Verification & Cancellation

To ensure therapist safety and smooth scheduling, the following booking terms apply:

• Verification Protocol: First-time clients may undergo identity or location screening prior to confirmation.
• Advance Confirmation Fee: Select bookings or peak late-night time slots may require an advance commitment fee.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated at least 4 hours in advance. Late cancellations within 4 hours of appointment time may forfeit any advance fees paid.

5. Health Disclaimer & Intoxication Policy

Our therapies are designed for physical relaxation and stress recovery:

• Clients must disclose pre-existing medical conditions, severe allergies, recent surgeries, or skin issues before the session starts.
• Services will be refused or suspended if a client is under the severe influence of alcohol, narcotics, or illegal substances.
• Our services are non-medical and are not intended to substitute for professional medical or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Her Secret Fantasy and its independent therapists accept no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage. Clients voluntarily assume all personal responsibility for health condition disclosures and session participation.
